Helping a vet in need

I am trying to help a disabled vet. He has had less than stellar care from the VA and his feet have gotten pretty bad.  It has gotten to the point where he is not able to get up and down the steps at his home and is in need of a ramp. I am trying to raise the money to get this ramp built and to cover any other medical issues that the VA will not pay for. He was unable to get some of his medicine because of the price. Being 100% disabled Vet. he is on a fixed income. We have gotten him in with some doctors that are helping but because they are not VA doctors they will not pay for visits or medicine. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
