House fire took everything we owned

On July 8th we had an apartment fire that was almost fully engulfed in flames by the time we got ourselves and our animals out. The fire fighters said it's a total loss and we had no renters insurance due to the exact
same fire 2 years ago in the same complex different apartment. We only have the smoke filled clothes we were wearing and we are completely broke. We don't even have my husband's wallet with the cards and his id. Any help will be greatly appreciated. God bless you.
