Help save me from loosing it all

Basically i was forced to take legal action against a family member on behalf of my dads estate after he passed away. To get back something that was rightfully his.
Unfortunately we could not get enough hard evidence to go to court.
Which means my relative go away with something that really belongs to my Dad and i am left with a massive legal bill that i am struggling to pay off.
The result is now i am in danger of loosing everything we own which isnt much. 
My campaign goal will not pay all of my legal bill but it will give us some breathing space so we can get back on track.

Back ground on my dad
My dad was a battler all his life and worked really hard as an Electroplater, unfortunately due to breathing in noxious fumes from chemicals for 40 years it destroyed his lunges and In 2013 my father passed away from  terminal lunge disease.
My dad was a kind giving person who would help anybody who asked for help without asking any questions.
He would put the welfare of others before his own.
