Justin's emergency medical expenses

Please assist me in helping my cousin Justin Esprit who was involved in a motor vehicular accident yesterday. He is currently admitted at the Princess Margaret Hospital in Dominica and is in need of urgent surgery to save one of his legs, and his hip. If he is unable to get the surgery, Justin will never be able to walk again. Justin is a father of 2, a two year old son and a 2 week old baby girl. Justin's medical expenses far surpasses the amount being asked, howevever we are asking for help from the public with hope that the family, as a unit will be able to cover the remaining portion of his expenses.
