Oxygen Tank and Medical Expenses

Hector (a retired “badass” army ranger”)  has been battling some significant (respiratory) health issues. Recently, he is in need of a lighter oxygen tank instead of the clunky, older model - any extra weight actually makes it harder for him to be mobile and to literally - breath.
