Dear all, if you are returning to this page or this is your first time finding it, please know I've decided to pursue an alternative method of funding.
GoFundMe also doesn't provide a rigid reward structure for pledges that guarantee the receipt of a reward in exchange for a pledge. For example 'pledge X amount to receive a pedal at launch', I'd like to work this into the model so that my backers get a pedal in return for their support. By GoFundMe's definition 'thank you gifts' have to be 'small and not something donors would otherwise have to purchase'. This is obviously unsuitable when the goal is to give pedals in return for support to get the business started.
Therefore, I'll be looking into a different method. Release will be early 2019 as planned, stay tuned to otbaudio.com or @otbaudio on Instagram & Facebook for updates on how to get one.
