Oscar The Pod Cat

Oscar is the most well known cat in Amble. He can be found most days at the Amble Harbour Village and we believe that he doesn't have an owner. However, we Pod owners have all adopted him, we feed him, give him regular flea treatments, brush him and generally make sure he is ok. Recently us Pod owners have had a few minor concerns for his health and would like to take him to the vets for a general health check. If you have ever had a pet you will know that it is costly for a vets visit and we presume he may never have been before or may not have been for a few years therefore it's likely his visit will be expensive. A few of us pods are very happy to contribute to the cost but we would like to let people know that if you would like to donate money you can via this page or at Coquet Cosmetics. I would imagine there are some very generous people out there so please be assured that any money raised will go to Oscar even if it's not for his vet bill we will spend it on food & treats for him to be able to live a happy and healthy life. UPDATE - Oscar now regularly goes to the vets with thanks to all of your support we are continuing to raise money for his care so he can keep having his annual injections, health check-ups and flea & worm treatments.
