Oscar chess funds

Hi,my name is Oscar Wang and my dream in life is to become a chess GrandMaster and I have been playing chess about 1 year and have a United States Chess Federation rating of about 1500.I need funds mainly because when i go out of state to play in chess there is a lot of expenses,such as entry fees (from $50-$200+),hotel costs,food,gas and sometimes airplane tickets.
