Oscar's vet bill

My Neighbour Barry Moran  was walking his 4 Bichon Frise dogs and Tina a old jack russell  opposite the tip at the back of leigh station 7.30 sunday morning. A old lady living in the boatyard was walking 4 rescue greyhounds. Whilst on lead they were unmuzzled and tore out of her grip attacked and ripped Oscar to bits. Also attacked Tina. Oscar has needed surgery (his head was hanging off) The woman refuses to pay anything and so far bill is 5k. Barry was bitten getting Oscar away and police have been informed but no action.
