BLIND - - Need HELP!

I am blind and I am 62 years old and I live alone with no family. I have a Guide Dog that helps me get around but I have issues with being able to do my bank statements, read my mail, identifying faces, shopping for groceries and etc. I recently saw a Dr. Phil show  where  there was a device called,  “Orcam My Eyes 2” which is a device for people who are blind that helps them to read, to do their bank statements and read their mail, identify objects when grocery shopping or to read prices, identify faces and many other features but unfortunately the cost is close to $5500 and I live on a small disability check of $874 for which I could never afford to purchase this.  Being that I live alone and have no family to help me, this devise would greatly help me to be totally independent and continue to be able to do everything that I need to do for myself. I appreciate any help that I can get with this and in advance thank you for your donation. Please help me get one of these devices. I need your help!
