Operation Wounded Paw

Donation protected
A small US Special Operations team needs your assistance to help with funding to rescue a dog and move him to the US from a foreign air base for eventual adoption by the team and one of its team members.

The dog was a stray at a foreign air base and befriended the team who fed and cared for it while working at this undisclosed location.

The dog was involved in a few fights with a local pack of dogs on base and suffered cuts to the face and eye. The team medic was able to aide the dog and locals got it to a vet where it also received its shots. The dog won’t survive if left on base after the team leaves.

The cost to have it moved by a professional civilian agency is $5,296.06. The team is chipping in but needs additional assistance.

Details:

⁃ 18 Month Old Mixed Breed (Most Likely Blue Heeler and Shepherd Mix)
⁃ Team got his eye and face patched up
- Received rabies shot
⁃ Dog weights approx 50 pounds
⁃ Dog very attached to team and would not survive on air base when team deploys back.

A private organization that specializes in the global transport of pets is being contracted to accompany the dog on his journey to his new home.

Please help this team complete its mission and bring this dog back to the US to a well deserved home and loving family.  Any assistance is appreciated.  Thank you.
