My brother was adopted at the age of six.   At the time I was eight, and my sister was two. We had a pretty normal family life, but BJ was not settled. He was a very troubled teen, and my parents went to counselling to learn some parenting tools as he was destructive and aggressive and they just didn't know how else to cope. When he hit my mom and threatened my Nan, we sent him back to the system via a group home. His difficult journey started then. From 0-6 he was bounced from one place to another, from 16 on, he was a Nomad. I always said that my brother ran away with the circus when he joined the midway to travel and locate his biological parents. He found his biological family, but it was not the best scene. He's never felt that he belonged anywhere and no one wanted to take him on because of his claims that everyone was out to get him. Now, I have some time, but I have my own journey and expenses with Stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer. Time may not be on my side. I started this GoFundMe project to identify the road blocks that keep people in need from reaching the essential services.

Any donation would be appreciated. Now that BJ is settled, it will all be for charity and directed to those in need.
