Operacion de la vista para London

Hi, my name its London i am 8 years old and i am diabetic,condition for which i am losing my sight,my mom Maria Teresa took me to the ophtalmologist,he says that i will go blind if my eyes are not operated on. My mom can not afford it ,since she is a cancer patient and her only income is not enough since she has to pay for her medical expenses and my insulin,I have to inject twice a day,thats why I ask for help to be able to operate and not to be blind and accompany my mother since I am an emotional therapy for her,thank for help me.
