Fighting Wegener's Granulomatosis

I am in kidney failure and would love to go on a vacation. I want to go to Niagra Falls. I live with my mom and dad who take care of me. I don't make very much money a month and am not able to work. I have good days and some days where I am very tired. I would like to take my mom and a friend that could drive us because my mom does not drive. I have been through a lot with my disease in the last year having to have 10 surgeries in three months. I died in the hospital and they revived me twice. I have what is called wegners granulomitosis and it is very rare and it effects your immune system, kidneys, lungs, and heart. I hope some of you will help me make my dream come true. I have never been anywhere but P.A.. I have dialysis Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for 3.5 hours a day. Dialysis is keeping me here and I am having success with dialysis. I am not eligible for a transplant because of my disease. I go through a lot on a daily basis because of my disease I am also on oxygen 24 hours a day and I am not that old.
