Support Innovation Brewing
Stand with Innovation Brewing in their legal dispute with Bell's Brewery. The much larger brewery has filed a federal trademark opposition against Innovation Brewing, based on Bell’s use of “Inspired Brewing” and “Bottling Innovation Since 1985.”
This campaign is to assist in covering a portion of the mounting legal fees Innovation Brewing faces in defending their name and business. Chip and Nicole are both wonderful, hard-working, bighearted people, as anyone who has been to their establishment would happily attest. They deserve our support in overcoming this difficulty.
As a friend and family member, I have seen these two bring their dreams to life through this brewery, and it is difficult to see their growth and success being attacked. I would like to see their funds being able to go back into their business and equipment, where it belongs, instead of being drained away in this legal battle.
So stand with Innovation Brewing, and show your support! Thank you. Should funding happen to exceed their fees in this matter, the money would be put to good use in aiding the business in other needs.
