Officer Brandenburg's Medical Fund

The staff at Lakeland Correctional Facility are setting up a page to assist with medical and other bills of an Officer who is in need of our help. Corrections Officer Bradley Brandenburg is a 29 year old who hired into the MDOC on 09/15/15 and has been an asset to our team since. C/O Brandenburg has no problem going above and beyond and helping staff whenever is needed and never ask for help in return. C/O Brandenburg is an honorable man who always remains positive and is always willing to learn. C/O Brandenburg spent 5 years in the Army as active duty and another 3 years as Reserves as a Military Police Officer, before receiving an honorable discharge. C/O Brandenburg has also recently celebrated his two year anniversary with his wife. Unfortunately and with regret C/O Brandenburg has been off of work since 09/26/16 due to cancer. This is the second time that he has had to fight cancer. C/O Brandenburg is a fighter and he is staying strong, but we at Lakeland would like to assist him while he is away, so he can focus on recovery.
