Off to Massachusetts!
I - Harmony Wheeler - leave for Worcester, Massachusetts on April 24 to work at The Hanover Theatre for the Performing Arts! My mom and I (and possibly my dad) will be driving across the country to my new home.
I will need money for gas, first month's apartment rent, possibly furniture, and food... lots of food.
Working part time (currently) at a non-profit does not give me much to go off of, so any amount you could give would be of great help! Somebody's gotta pay for my cheeseburger meal at McDonalds! I would be more than willing to pay you back in full as my first paychecks come in within the next few months. And of course, you would have my heart-felt gratitude!
This new job is a huge opportunity for me to grow in my skills and confidence... and to grow up a little. Wish me luck!
"But all I know is nothing happens if you just give in.
It can't be any worse than how it's been.
And it just so happens that we just might win,
so whatever happens! Let's begin!"

The apartment I applied for denied me because of my poor credit score and income to rent ratio. I have a feeling that any other apartment will have the same requirements, which makes me extremely nervous.
More importantly, though, I'm still trusting in God to provide the funds needed for this move. I am incredibly grateful to everyone who has donated! But I'm still figuring out how I am going to pay for the rent (my paycheck will only cover half of it), hotels for the road trip, a completely new wardrobe (business attire required), food and furniture. Plus we're hoping to have enough money for gas for a second car to bring some of my furniture with me. Any amount helps!
If you prefer to mail a check directly and think it will arrive by this Saturday, you can send that to 22581 Confidence Rd Twain Harte, CA 95383. Otherwise, I leave April 23!
