Oakley needs urgent surgery

Oakley is a 5 month old puppy who was out playing, when he jumped and landed wrong causing him to cry out in pain. After taking him to the emergency vet, we were told he had broke his shoulder and needs surgery urgently to fix it.  He is a registered support dog for his student owner and desperately needs surgery to get back to being mobile again.
