Please Help! Covering Final Expenses

On 11/26/18 I lost my Dad and my Mom lost her husband of 55 years.
In 2015 Dad thought that he was borrowing against his life insurance policies and accidentally cashed them out.
Now there is nothing to help cover the costs of the looming bills.
Dad paid ahead for part of his funeral, thankfully but there is still a remaining balance, he spent 2 weeks in ICU before he passed so still waiting for the bill on that, there are other outstanding doctors bills that he was going to pay when he got out of the hospital, their furnace went out while all of this was going on as well. (I know)
Mom has Alzheimer's so she is trying but I'm afraid she's not much help and I can't do this alone.
I don't generally ask for help like this but I'm desperate and I don't know what else to do.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
