Leeloo's Lymphoma treatment and end of life

On Feb 17 My dog Leeloo had become very ill requiring an emergency Vet. And follow-ups totaling over 1000$ she still needs treatment, my financial resources are wiped, we've done X-rays and blood work, her liver, and pancreas are larger than normal and they can tell she's fighting something but what we still don't know for sure. Getting her to eat anything has been a struggle, trying to keep what she does eat down is just as difficult at times. Any help would be very much appreciated. Leeloo is my esa she helps manage my PTSD
