Baby Miss Southern USA Pageant

Dear family and friends, Julissa Tapia was chosen with a special invitation to compete in the Baby Miss Southern USA pageant in Houston, Texas. Some of you may know that this will be her second year competing. Julissa is reaching out to family and friends to help her reach her goal to compete in this national pageant.
