Protection of nurses

Hello,
I'm a nurse who runs a website for nurses called Nurseboards.com  I started nurseboards to help nurses who are unfairly treated by the board of nursing in their states. 

Nurses often face disciplinary action for things they didn't do and they lose their license and right to practice nursing.  Also, nurses who fall prey to addiction because of the stressful work environment and the constant availability of strong narcotics are suddenly left with no license and no job.

They may face jail time if they do get their license back but they still have no hope of getting a job because the boards of nursing leave disciplinary action on file for 20 years. Murderers get away with less. 

I want to start a non-profit to protect nurses from unfair treatment.  We need to petition for changes in the laws and the regulations the board of nursing puts on nurses. 
They are unelected officials that make decisions that ruin nurses' lives, and there is no one to stop them. It's a gross abuse of power and it needs to be stopped. 

I would like to continue my work on this non-profit organization that will help nurses to fight back against unfair and cruel treatment. But I can't-do it alone. I need help to start this non-profit.
