Apartment fire
Donation protected
Team Awesome of Apex Home Health and Mission hospice has received permission from one of our patients to share her story. On Wednesday morning one of our patients woke to flames in her apartment. She is a natural caretaker, and regularly takes in people in need and helps them get on their feet. They believe her apartment was targeted and the fire was not accidental. She and her roommate got out with their lives, and the clothes on their backs. The apartment burned to the ground. She and her roommate are in desperate need of EVERYTHING. Including all of her medications that insurance will not pay to refill at this time. Please consider donating to help her get on her feet. Clothing sizes
Woman 1: size 3x, size 11 shoes. Woman 2: Size M shirts, Size 8 pants. Size 7 1/2 shoes. If you do not want to make cash donations and have clothing, shoes, cleaning supplies, food, or other house hold essentials please contact me for drop off information.
