HELP INJURED DOG

Hi everyone, few days ago I found this boy that got hit by a car, I tooked him to the emergency Clinic because he was in need of medical attention. The next day he ended up getting surgery of his mouth and leg. I'm trying to pay for his medical bills,  I'm already in the process to  find owner, but it looks like he is a homeless little boy. 
I'm trying to give this boy a happy and loving home since it looks like he already when through a lot.  Thank you so much  in advance for your kindness.
