Help me end my student loan!

My name is Marijke Stevens, and I received a $5,500 loan from Bank One (which was later handed to Sallie Mae, now Navient) in 2004 so I could attend UH Clear Lake.
I graduated in 2006 with a BA in Applied Design and Visual Arts. I've had to defer my loan 12 times due to being unable to find a job in my area.
I got my first steady part time job right at the end of 2011 (which I still have, and completely unrelated to my degree mind you). I've bounced between 3 other jobs to keep my bills floating. I've managed to pay down my student loan down to $2,195.81.
My goal of $2,500 is just that. A goal. The majority of it will be used to pay off Navient in its entirety. The difference of the amount (after whatever fees GoFundMe takes out) will be used to pay off some more personal debts to individuals who have helped me over the years. It's not a lot, but it's something.
Currently, I have my loan managed. It's a very slow pay off, concidering it's more than half of one my weekly paychecks a month.
Getting this paid off would mean more than the world to me. It would get one more worry off my back with one less bill to focus on, and I might be able to set something aside for a new vehical or something.
If I reach this, and get this debt gone, I will be more than thankful. I'll make a wine label to commemorate this. I'll call it Soulful Relief, and I'll design the entire label, and make it into a wine. Or a port. Or something else I can share at a later date.
