La micronation n’occupe pas le territoire, ni par la force ni par tout autre moyen ; elle doit être comprise comme l’expression d’une nation imaginaire ne se substituant d’aucune façon au territoire non organisé de Lalemant. Chaque individu, peu importe où il habite dans le monde, est invité à demander la citoyenneté dans le Royaume de Nova Francia. Nous traitons toutes les personnes également, sans aucune discrimination.
The Kingdom of Nova Francia is a haven for visionaries, free thinkers, artists, scientists and people free from all bondage. The micronation promotes human rights, emancipation and welfare of humanity. The Kingdom of Nova Francia must be a model in terms of good neighborly relations with the surrounding nations and rational use of natural resources. It must provide its citizens with the means to grow in accordance with their beliefs and personal talents.
The Kingdom of Nova Francia is an independent state of any easement within the MRC Fjord-du-Saguenay. The micronation does not occupy the territory, either by force or by any other means; it must be understood as the expression of an imaginary nation in any way replacing the unorganized territory of Lalemant. Every individual, no matter where he lives in the world, are invited to apply for citizenship in the Kingdom of Nova Francia. We treat all people equally, without discrimination.
