Nova, a star gone too soon

To paraphrase Erika’s Sister Tash – In the short time that Nova was with Erika, Nova taught her a new level of love and responsibility. It is hard to understand the relationship between a person and their pet until you’ve experienced it yourself and Nova and Erika embodied this relationship to the fullest.

Nova, like the stars she was named after, faded too soon but in the time she was here she was the brightest star in Erika’s world and that impact will never be forgotten. During her short life, she taught Erika devotion and selflessness, Erika experienced what it means to receive unconditional love and that is a gift that can never be taken away.

After 2 specialists, thousands of dollars and millions of tear drops, Nova left this world, but her impact will never be forgotten. Erika did everything she could to save Nova and we hope that knowing that helps her through this process. Erika, we love and support you, and although no dollar amount can ever mend the pain of losing a beloved pet, we hope that these donations help relieve the financial stress that is unfortunately associated to trying to save a pet.
