Sadly on Thursday 8th March afternoon and again on Monday late evening the Nottinghamshire deaf community was broken in to.
The first time they managed to get away with a a number of bottles of alcohol, iPad, laptop, mobile phone as well as causing damage to our bar.
On Monday night they caused more damage as they broke in through the bar cellar door, so we have a broken window and damaged door, the bar is again damaged after we repaired it over the weekend as well as the cash drawer being damaged. They were trying to steal prizes of chocolate Easter eggs and more Alcohol.
They have also caused a lot of mess in the bar area.
Thankfully due to the quick thinking actions of the caretaker, Brian, the police actually caught the 2 men on site. Nottinghamshire police are interviewing 2 suspects.
