North End Christmas Party


The North End Family Centre was a community centre located at 1344 Main street.  For a decade, it offered a sense of community, family, and belonging.  It also hosted an annual Community Christmas Party to make sure that local families had a safe Christmas meal and celebration. The highlight of the night was always the toy room, where parents have the chance to choose a new toy for each of their children.  

Sadly, the family centre closed its doors in October 2018.

Within a few days of its closing a small group of people, including the family centre's founder, decided they wanted to make sure the family centre's annual Christmas party continued so the families that relied on this party did not go without.

The new North End Community Christmas party will take over where the old one left off.  In partnership with St. John's Anglican Cathedral and Rick Therrien of Jim Gauthier Chevrolet, the party will take place on December 11th.

We need your support so we can arrange the celebration, the meal, and purchase the toys.
