Nola's Surgery
Donation protected
Nola, an 8+ year-old Husky, was found roaming outside in the cold mid-January and brought to the Coulee Region Humane Society. She was not in the best shape upon arrival—her toe nails were overgrown and curled over, her fur was dirty and she was very hesitant of people.
We took Nola in to the vet to have her evaluated. Her health was worse than expected. The veterinarian found a large mass on Nola’s abdomen that is in need of removal. But the cost of surgery is about $1,200, more than we can afford.
Nola’s health and happiness are very important to us. We desperately want her to have this surgery so she can live out the rest of her life with her forever family. But we need your help. Can you contribute to Nola’s medical needs? Anything will help!
All donation will be used for Nola’s surgery. Any remaining funds raised will be saved and used for future shelter animals in similar situations, who are in need of dire medical care.
