Noah's physical therapy to walk

Noah is a 14 years old girl who's recovering from Medulloblastoma (MB), a malignant Brain Cancer. After several operations and one year and half of radiation and chemo therapy, she is in remission. However, her surgeries and chemo have damaged her nerve system, she is suffering from Ataxia which left her unable to balance nor walk. 

With physical therapy and exercise, she's made so much progress but not enough to get her to walk on her own yet, nor to get her to compete in sports like she's used to before she was diagnosed with MB. 

Noah is working very hard everyday to exercise and she has been making steady progress. But her medical insurance doesn't pay for physical therapy any longer.  Noah is raised by single mum who quit her job soonest Noah became ill 3 years ago and stayed home taking care of Noah full time. She is not in the position to go back to work as yet. Mum has exhausted the entire family's financial resources to support Noah's recovery, she has sold all her assets, spent all the savings, borrowed from all her relatives. Now, she can't continue to pay for Noah's therepies any longer. But Noah needs it to walk again. Noah can not stop exercising, Noah can not stop physical therapy. She is ALMOST there ! If she stops, she will fall right back to her wheelchair again.
