NO MORE KIDS SWIMMING TO SCHOOL
While kids in first world countries skip school to go swimming, in some far-flung areas in the Philippines kids swim to go to school.
Early in their lives, Kids know EDUCATION is their only way out of poverty. That is why they would go through great lengths, not minding their personal safety and convenience just to get an education.
Help us help these kids get to school safe, fast and dry.
We are hoping to build 50 yellow school boats to benefit over 200 school kids in Siargao, Maguindanao and Bohol, Philippines.
WHILE ANY AMOUNT IS MOST WELCOMED AND CAN GO A LONG WAY, a donation of US$220.00 or more, will give you a naming right on a boat for you or in honor of your loved ones.
We will post the completed boats at our YELLOW BOAT OF HOPE FOUNDATION FACEBOOK PAGE and email you a picture of the completed school boat.
While talent is universal, opportunity is not and in country where opportunity is far and between, education will widen the opportunity for these kids. Help us improve their chances of staying and finishing school.
When all you see is darkness around you, the hardest thing to see and the easiest thing to give is HOPE! Let us BE THE LIGHT!
