No heat in our house...

My wife and I had $800 stolen from us, and the next day, the financial aide from her college demanded we pay them $3000 immediately.  All of this came out of nowhere, and we have no way of paying any of it anymore. Our gas was shut off because we couldn't pay for it, and we've been living without warmth, or even warm water or hot food (because our stove is gas-powered) for 3 days.
