UPDATE 09 March 2019 - I apologize for the late update. I have been tending this matter, my grandson and personal business. As of yesterday morning Ms. Carrie, Bobs live in roommate has stolen what was left from the money Bob collected from the sale of his beloved belongings. The total was over $900.00. This happened yesterday morning after they spent the first night at the Extended Stay Suites in Gainesville. When Bob woke, Ms. Carrie was gone and so were the $900.00+. Bob came over to my home to immediately inform of what had just happened. We immediately called the Gainesville Police Dept. and the matter was reported. Ms. Carrie is currently on the run. As soon as there is an update I will post it right away. I'd like to just advise that when I take Bob places, I pay from my pocket and nothing that is collected for him will be used for anything other that his own well being. I spend my money and don't expect and will never expect anything in return from anyone.

Mr. Noebel and his companion are on a fixed income. After falling behind on their rent, they were evicted, as a result of the eviction much of their property was damaged by inclement weather and the rest was picked up and sent to dump. Mr. Noebel or "Bob" as I have come to call him, made several attempts with no success to change the receipt date on his fixed income check so that he could pay his rent on time and not be subject to a 75.00 late rent fee which inevitably created additional hardships.
This go fund me is being established in hopes that WE, together can raise $15,000 for the purchase of a mobile home that is for sale on SW Archer Rd. THERE IS NO REASON WHY AN 84 YEAR OLD IN GAINESVILLE SHOULD BE ON THE STREET!
I will also be calling the community where the mobile home is for sale, in hopes that they will be willing to negotiate the selling price so that we can get them off the streets. If the $$ is raised and If they are willing to negotiate fora lower buying price, the rest of the money will go to furnishings, food, clothing etc. The idea is to ensure they are permanently off the streets not temporarily.
Other ways that you can help, would be donations of goods, but only after they have a place to place your generous contributions.
I am trying to complete this mission as fast as humanly possible. I rented a room from today at the Extended Stay America in Gainesville for 6 nights. 03/07/2019 - the check out day n Wednesday 03/13/2019.
Every single donation will be transparent and accounted for. I will build a spreadsheet with verifiable information as to where each cent is going and post it, mail it, DM it, text it and show it to whoever wants to see it.
I personally don't want or need a cent from anyone. This is about humanity looking after our elders. I just met Bob and Carrie during their plight 2 days ago when I saw them on the side of the road with all their belongings and thought it was a huge yard sale. When I discovered what happened it broke my heart. I invited them over for dinner tonight and thought... "Wait a minute, what if these were my parents or parents of a friend!"
A plan was born!

My Name is Ismael Cuadrado, I live in Gainesville about 2 miles from where I met Mr.Bob. After I saw all his belongings strewn across the lawn of the complex he lived in before his evction I made an effort to help him in his plight, I purchased close to $1000.00 of his belongings before the complex had all dearest belongings taken to the dump. I asked for his # that night and we spoke 2 days later. I invited him to my home cooked him dinner and I asked where he was staying and he replied "in my van".
I couldn't let this man stay in his van. Hes 84! I purchased 6 nights stay at the Extended Stay Suites in Gainesville Fl. His nights end on Mar 13, 2019. This money will be used to get him into a place where he will have no more worries.
My intent was to purchase a mobile home that cost 15,000 in Oak Park Village on Archer rd. After an inspection was Completed, it was determined that the place was just not suitable for a man his age without 2x the amount to make repairs.
If you wish to verify this matter, please call the Gainesville Sun and ask for Kevin the reporter that covered this story. With or without help, I will make sure this Senior is treated with dignity and respect. Every spent cent will be transparent and accounted for. This money will be used for the sole and only purpose of getting Bob a place to live and any other necessities he may need. Not 1 cent from go fund me money will be spent on anything or anyone else. There is a person by the name of Kathleen Sinead who is trying to ruin my good name and call this a scam, sadly shes mistaking and becoming a major nuisance and turning this into a Circus.
