Nina’s surgery and hospital fees

Meet Nina, she is a sweet lovely 9 week old pit bull puppy. My wife and I are stationed in jersey but are from California & we recently noticed Nina acting a little lethargic, not wanting to play or being the energetic puppy that she is. We took her to the emergency room after she recently did not eat for well over 24 hours and was throwing up everything in her little stomach. The emergency room vet said she most likely has a virus or something stuck in her intestines that’s blocking her from eating, pooping and taking all her energy away. We had to hospitalize her last night and she possibly might need surgery to live. Please help my wife and I as she is our baby and don’t want to put our loving innocent young puppy down. Anything helps!
