Baby Nikko will soon be an Angel❤

Nikko was born with Trisomy 16 "Trisomy 16 is a chromosomal abnormality in which there are 3 copies of chromosome 16 rather than two. It is the most common trisomy leading to miscarriage and the second most common chromosomal cause of it, closely following X-chromosome monosomy." What's going on now: He caught the flu and sepsis which sent him into renal failure. They had him on the hemodialysis and where doing kidney challenges but his kidneys wouldn't work and it got to the point where his body wasn't tolerating it anymore. There is nothing more the medical team could do from their stand point. They feel doing less is more for him and keeping him comfortable is their goal until he passes, they told his mom 2-4 days and dialysis stopped on Friday. Nikko has been through so much in his almost 4 years of life and has been a brave little warrior for himself, and the family. It has been a blessing for everyone who was able to meet him and be a part of his life. A life of being on machines, monitors, medications, never able to walk, talk, or crawl, His body is tired and its time for him to go back home to heaven. With two other children and being a single mom, my cousin cannot afford to have a burial for him and has decided the best thing to do would be to cremate him and take him home. As a family we will do what we can to help out, but if you can find it in your means to help her out, we would greatly appreciate it. $5, $10, $15, even $1. Anything would help. Also, she would like to donate his crib to someone who really needs it.
