Welcome to my fundraising page!
This page is to help me fundraise for Yale Men's Rugby tour to Hong Kong and Japan in March of 2018. This is a two-week-long tour where we will train alongside international teams, participate in events leading up to the Rugby World Cup 2019 in Japan, and build relationships with rugby clubs across Asia. Although we have received a number of generous donations from alumni, we are tasked with raising over $30,000 in order to fund the trip's expenses and sponsor students who may not otherwise be able to afford to go.
It is my first year playing, and I am a winger for the team. Playing Rugby has been growing experience for me this year at Yale and this trip will be an amazing opportunity to develop my skills and relationships further.
This money will help ensure that every player on the team is able to go, regardless of his financial situation. Additionally, if I reach my goal by the end of today (October 26th), I will dye my hair blonde.
If you would be willing to donate, it would mean the world to myself, my teammates, and the many coaches who put countless hours into developing this team. Even if you do not care about the sport of rugby, if you would like to see me with a blonde head of hair, then please consider donating.
