Nick Needs FHO Surgery & Rehab

Nick is a 10 month old German Shepard who was found as a stray after being hit by a car. He was rushed to East Valley Shelter where Wags and Walks rescued him and is committed to his care.
Unfortunately, the vet has advised that he receive FHO surgery. A femoral head ostectomy (FHO) is a surgical procedure that removes the head and neck from the femur. FHO surgery is performed to alleviate pain. This surgery will help Nick live a happy and healthy life, free of pain.
