Nhia Sue Vang's Funeral

Nhia Sue Vang, was a client of Blia Elderly Center,LLC.
All donations will go towards his funeral expenses.
Funeral will be held on 12/08-10/2018 at Legacy Maplewood Chapel, Maplewood MN

Nhia Sue Vang was born on 02/12/1928 in a small village in Laos. He became an orphan at a very young age, therefore he lived most of his life with relatives. Nhia Sue married and soon after had 4 children. He became a widower after his wife past, along with 2 of his younger children. Toward the end of the Vietnam War, Nhia Sue remarried to Soua Thao. When the war ended Nhia Sue and his family began the dangerous trek to Thailand, in fear of execution if they stayed in Laos. During the journey, he was separated from his 2 children. Nhia Sue and his wife made it to Thailand, still hopeful their children will someday arrive. They stayed at the refugee camp in Thailand till 2004 when it finally was closed, still unable to reunite with his children. When they arrived to St. Paul, MN they were met by distant relatives Wangthao Vang and his wife Blia Y. Vang, who they have never met before that took them in. Nhia Sue and his wife  continue to live with Wangthao's family. During Nhia Sue's final days, he wished to see his children before he pass. Nhia Sue past away on 10/30/2018 in the presents of his relatives. Unfortunately, his son, Nhia Chue arrived to the U.S. after his father had past. Under the circumstances, Nhia Sue's relatives will carry out the duty of preparing and arranging his funeral. All proceeds will go toward Nhia Sue's funeral expense.
