HELP ME TO SAVE MY MOM

My mother's name is Larys Soto, she is 56 years old and in 2010 she was diagnosed with renal cancer (Adenocarcinoma of clear cells in the right kidney) with metastasis to the nasal and right paranasal region. He has been treated several treatments including chemotherapy (inhibitors of tirokinquinasa) as Sunitinib, Temsirolimus, Pazopanib, Zolendronic acid, Sorafenib and Nivolumab; radiotherapy: hemostatic and to eliminate metastatic areas; surgeries for tumor removal in kidney and nose, and embolization of arteries that fed the tumor (intervention that left my breast blind in the right eye and merited morphine and fentanyl to relieve pain); also analgesics, opioids such as Methadone, antihypertensive drugs, insulin, gastric protectors, antidepressants and many other drugs to relieve pain and other diseases secondary to chemo and radiotherapy such as: Hypertension, Diabetes, Chronic Depression, Diabetic Neuropathy, Gastritis medicamentosa, Syndrome acute neuroischemic of the right eye, among others. At the beginning of the disease we had the support of high-cost pharmacies in public hospitals, and with medical insurance, then with the help of family members we could raise to buy chemotherapy and other medications, but little by little we have become very difficult to afford all the treatment of my mother and for the moment it is impossible to get it in Venezuela, where my mother and my younger brothers are taking care of her. My twin and I, being from the outside in the process of asylum, have been able to help them with food, minimal personal care products and some medicines, but it is not enough to stabilize and recover our mother's health. In addition, in the last bone scan (scan of bones) a new metastasis has been detected at the level of the right tibia (leg) and my brothers take it to the emergency at least once a week with nosebleeds and blood vomiting. That's why we have researched in institutions outside of Venezuela that can help my mother, and we found some but the budget that they ask for cancer treatment is very high. For this reason we have come to this medium to ask for any help they can offer us: information, dissemination through the media, medicines, monetary collaboration, prayers; what is within your reach, that if we have faith as small as a mustard seed, we can tell this mountain to move from here to there and it will move! Our mother has suffered a lot, and we her children are desperate and we ask for help!

Mi mama se llama Larys Soto, tiene 56 años de edad y en el 2010 fue diagnosticada de cáncer renal (Adenocarcinoma de Células claras en riñón derecho) con metástasis a región nasal y paranasal derecha. Se le ha cumplido varios tratamientos entre ellos quimioterapia (inhibidores de la tirocinquinasa) como Sunitinib, Temsirolimus, Pazopanib, Ácido Zolendrónico, Sorafenib y Nivolumab; radioterapia: hemostáticas y para eliminar áreas metastásicas; cirugías para extracción del tumor en riñón y nariz, y embolización de arterias que alimentaban al tumor (intervención que dejó a mi mama ciega del ojo derecho y ameritó morfina y fentanilo para aliviar el dolor); así mismo analgésicos, opioides como Metadona, antihipertensivos, insulina, protectores gástricos, antidepresivos y muchos medicamentos más para aliviar su dolor y otras enfermedades secundarias a la quimio y radioterapia como: Hipertensión Arterial, Diabetes, Depresión crónica, Neuropatía Diabética, Gastritis medicamentosa, Síndrome neuroisquémico agudo del ojo derecho, entre otros.  Al inicio de la enfermedad contábamos con el apoyo de las farmacias de alto costo en los hospitales públicos, y con seguro médico, luego con la ayuda de familiares podíamos recaudar para comprar la quimioterapia y otros medicamentos, pero poco a poco se nos ha hecho muy difícil costear todo el tratamiento de mi mama y por el momento es imposible conseguirlo en Venezuela, donde esta mi mama y mis hermanos menores cuidándola. Mi gemela y yo estando desde el exterior en proceso de asilo hemos podido ayudarlos con comida, productos mínimos del cuidado personal y algunas medicinas pero no es suficiente para estabilizar y recuperar la salud de nuestra madre. Además, en el último survey óseo (escanéo de huesos) se ha detectado una nueva metástasis a nivel de tibia derecha (pierna) y mis hermanos la llevan a la emergencia por lo menos una vez a la semana con hemorragia nasal y vómitos de sangre. Es por eso que hemos investigado en instituciones fuera de Venezuela que puedan ayudar a mi mama, y encontramos algunas pero el presupuesto que nos piden por el tratamiento del cáncer es muy alto. Por tal motivo hemos acudido a este medio para pedir cualquier ayuda que puedan ofrecernos: información, difusión a través de los medios, medicinas, colaboración monetaria, oraciones; lo que este a su alcance, que si tenemos fe tan pequeña como un grano de mostaza, podremos decirle a esta montaña trasládate de aquí para allá y se trasladará!! Nuestra madre ha sufrido mucho, y nosotros sus hijos estamos desesperados y solicitamos ayuda!
