New Theater Company

Donation protected

As many of you are aware over the last ten years I have directed and produced many musicals and plays for a variety type of theater companies ranging from community theater to college theater to professional theater.  When I first starting directing (while still in high school I should mention!) I began my own community theater company with the help of my best friend back on the North Shore of Massachusetts called Centerstage Productions.  This was and still is one of the best moments and proudest achievements in my life.  I tried to keep that company going, but due to college as well as the increased cost of owning your own company I had to let it go.  I then started my own college theater group in Boston and have been directing shows there for the 6+ years.  I have come to the point in my life where I truly want to be able to develop my own mission and vision for a theater group again that welcomes people of all ages and experience.  Theater has gotten me through a lot of hard times in my life and still to this day is the one thing that makes me smile no matter how much work it is.  I have put on many great shows and have gotten to meet some of the most talented people I know.  It is such a privilege to be able to meet new people and aspire them to do amazing things in theater.  With all of this being said, I have decided to begin again my venture into creating a new theater group in Boston.  I know there are many groups in Boston that people could be a part of, but from the many people I have directed in Boston I have found that there is still a lack of community theaters since the area has so many professional theaters.  I am looking to all of you to help me in this continued venture. I call on all the people I have worked with and hopefully the many people that have had a great experience with theater with me.  As you can imagine theater is a very costly endeavor from the production costs to the show rights itself. I am hoping to use any money raised to first go towards finding or renting a theater space. Please know that I already put a lot of my own personal money towards these theater endeavors and I would never want you to think that I would not help fund my own company.  I hope that many of you will be able to see into your hearts and be able to donate to this great cause. Please know that every donation counts, no matter how large or small.  I also encourage you to leave a comment of an experience you have had in my theater companies or with theater in general to show how important this is.
