New Years house fire - lost everything

Attached below is a video of the horrors that happened to my sister and her boyfriends house late last night around 1:00am, shortly just after the clock striked for New Years. We were at friends gathering in Niagara Falls when a phone called was received. Unsure if it was a prank call or not, the operator of the phone asks “are you home”?”. Alittle shocked, my sister asked “who is this?” and they proceeded to ask the same question again. She said “no, who is this?” And was put on hold. Within minutes, they return and say you  need to get to your home, it is on fire. As we are still unaware if this is a prank call or not, a driver (sober of course) gets us to the location in Welland and we get to the street close to Niagara College - flames and smoke in the air. They have two cats, Chloe the first one was picked up, however, Zoey their second cat was still in the house. For acouple hours while still being in the house breathing in the heavy smoke flames, Zoey was picked up. Both were sent to an emergency vet due to the heavy smoke inhalation. 

While thankfully getting into the emergency vet ASAP, both cats have been there from 3am-11am in an oxygen tank and their breathing levels are in a poor condition. 

Long story short, everyone was okay. However their house, their belongings (including everything from clothes to food) and their cars were completely destroyed. 

Typically you would not see me doing anything like this, but after the expected hefty vet bill for both cats, buying new clothes and finding a place to stay for the time being, it is very expensive. Especially because this is a new home for both of them, and they just graduated university not to long ago. Honestly, anything in this time being will help and your generosity is greatly appreciated.
