New Year Carnival for Orphans 2017

New year, a year where we plan to start a new life, set new goals and new path. We have so many things planned for us to do for this coming year. As we are approaching to jump in, why don't we challenge ourselves to reach out to orphan children and let them know that it's going to be an awesome year for them as well.
Love and care team is throwing an Ethiopian new year's carnival for these 650 kids on the 9th of September 2017, as we have been doing it for the past 5 years. The carnival will be held at the beautiful Hope University compound. We are planning to have lots of activities which includes lunch, singing and worship, performances by the kids from different centers, late snack and finally a gift for every child. Most of the activities that we will be organizing will cost us money. We are trying to raise money from different organizations, churches and individuals for the lunch, snack, transportation and other costs. We are asking for your help to make this day possible and special for our kids by taking part in buying them gifts. The gifts we are planning to give them are shoes, shorts and a pack of underwears. We are expecting the cost to be 15USD per child.
