New wheelchair for Grace

Hi everyone. I am raising money for the daughter of a friend and work colleagues daughter, Grace. Any money we raise will be fantastic.
If if we reach the £2k target it would be off the charts.
I alteady have pledges edged and donations topping £300. So please put you hand in your pocket and try to help if you can.

A little about young Grace.
Here is some background information on her.
Grace was born with a rare chromosome disorder known as 2Q37.3 Deletion. There have only been around 100 cases reported worldwide. The condition causes things such as a short stature, weak muscle tone, hyper mobility, developmental delay, and autistic behaviour (she is on the spectrum). It is caused by a deletion of a part of a gene in the arm of chromosome 2.
Grace is coming up to 12 years old and struggles to walk for more than a couple of minutes due to the hyper mobility and weak muscle tone. It means she has a lot of falls and can be in pain.
Grace currently has a cruiser special needs buggy that we use on a daily basis and have to take with us if we are out to not only keep her safe but also others if she has a meltdown. Due to using it so much over the last couple of years, she has managed to break some of the most important parts that keep it together. The wheelchair service came round to have a look at the buggy and the damages and wrote them all down and went away. They later came back and told us that they would not be able to do any repairs or ‘refurbish’ it as it would be too expensive.
