New Truck for Kirkridge

Located on a hillside of the Appalachian trail, every inch of Kirkridge Retreat Center's 107 beautiful acres remains a space of quiet tranquility in a world where that's increasingly hard to find. Our kind and enthusiastic staff works hard to ensure this precious land is preserved so that Kirkridge can continue to allow visitors "a place to be and to become a people of hope, compassion, justice, and service." This mission would not be possible without our home. 

We need your help to keep this vision alive. Like many older retreat centers, repairs and maintenance of our land and facilities can often stretch our limited budget. Currently, the truck we use to service Kirkridge is in poor condition and no longer has the quality brakes or transmission needed to journey our acres on the mountain. 

The money we raise will be used to purchase a robust and functional used truck that can help our staff safely and efficiently serve the needs of both our land and facilities. Though a humble request, the benefits a truck will provide Kirkridge Retreat Center are immeasurable. It will allow us to not only continue providing our guests with excellent accommodations, but also help fulfill Kirkridge's important and relevant message of hope and inclusivity.
