Post Surgery Bills/ New Transmission

As I am in between jobs and driving for lyft, I have just found out my car needs a new transmission.  Unfortunately, I do not have the money to repair my car or pay my upcoming rent. With my Inability to drive for lyft I have no income.  My son had an emergency appendectomy without insurance and has had some complications post surgery. With employment on the horizon it will help in the future, but the bills from the past seem insurmountable. I am asking for help so I can continue to provide for my precious little man.
