Help Vinny get his smile back

Our very good friend, Vinny, was in a horrendous bicycle accident on March 8th, 2017. He was biking down a hillside to work a few blocks away and flew off his bike and landed face first on rocks. His brother-in-law happened to find him soon after and came across a horrible scene. Vinny suffered a fractured skull, broken jaw, the side of his nose was torn off, he lost seven teeth, severed his tongue, and almost lost an eye. After 20 days in the hospital, he had facial reconstruction surgery on March 29th. He was able to come home on March 31st, but still has a long road to go. He is still under observation for air and blood clots on his brain, as well as healing up.
But possibly the most noticeable thing that is missing is his beautiful trademark smile. Due to losing seven teeth, he has problems with eating and feeling self-conscious. Being young and single, it is very important to his self-worth, his health, and his future to have his good teeth back.
If you ever met Vinny, the first thing you notice about him is his smile and his kind and generous personality. He volunteers much of his time in helping others. He always looks out for those less fortunate than him, and now he is the one needing help. He has an estimate from a dental surgeon. Please help him complete the amount of money he needs to reconstruct his beautiful smile... seven new tooth implants and bone grafts for his jaw.
