new posthetic for my right leg and a new vehicle

living here in wi being disabled gov walker took me off medicaid because i recieved to much money from ssdi im in need of a new protheticfor my right leg but medicare only covers about 80 percent and on my way home from my pt job the engine in my vehicle blewup  i have no way to get a loan as i have bad credit from a bad marriage the sooner the better as ive outgrown my prothetic and i need a vehicle to get around or i lose my job thank you
