Hello,
I am the head percussion instructor at a high school in the Bay Area and we are trying to raise funds for new percussion instruments, Mallets, and hardware. Due to the fact that the school’s district does not fund our music program, we are only left to our music boosters to do all the funding. Unfortunately, we don’t always have the money for new things. Our percussion instruments range from 10 years old to when the school first opened but in 1955. Yes you saw that correctly, We are playing on instruments they are in fact 64 years old. Our goal is to get some Adams percussion in the front ensemble and Tama marching drums in our batterie section. We appreciate any types of donations. Thank you.
