PLEASE HELP PRUE FIGHT CANCER
Prue is a beautiful 29 year old mother, who just 7 weeks ago she gave birth to a healthy, happy baby girl, Mia. Until giving birth, Prue worked as a Dental Assistant in Hervey Bay, and lives with her loving partner Johnny.
Just weeks after giving birth, Prue has been diagnosed with cancer, an aggressive form of mediastinal (mid chest) diffuse large b-cell non-hodgkins lymphoma. Non-Hodgkin lymphoma is a cancer that starts in white blood cells called lymphocytes, which are part of the body’s immune system.
Prue is receiving treatment at a Brisbane hospital over four hours away from her home town of Hervey Bay. She will be receiving 6-8 rounds of chemotherapy every 21 days followed by radiation treatment to stabilise the disease.
Her long time partner Johnny is a disability support worker who works long hours, often over night shifts which means that he has to leave their new born baby in the care of his mother.
With only one income, a new mortgage and the cost of expensive treatment and accommodation, Prue needs our help to win the fight against cancer. With your help, Prue will be able to receive the treatment she needs, and allow for her partner to be a full time carer for both Prue and Mia. All funds raised will go entirely towards covering her increasing medical costs as well as helping her to return home where she belongs.
With just a simple donation, the cost of a coffee, Prue will be one step closer to winning the fight against Cancer.
